Stocks snapped a 3-day slide today. Investors bought up beaten-down shares of technology, social media and biotech companies, the same momentum stocks that have seen the sharpest declines in recent weeks. Helping give the Nasdaq the biggest percentage gain on Wall Street today. The Dow up by 10 points, the Nasdaq, which lost nearly 200 points in the last three sessions, was up 33 points and the S&P 500 added 7.
