Men’s Wearhouse said it has raised its cash tender offer for rival men’s clothing retailer Jos. A. Bank Clothiers to $63.50 per share from $57.50.

Men’s Wearhouse also said it could potentially increase its offer price to $65 per share if it is able to conduct limited due diligence.

Men’s Wearhouse said that the amended offer is conditional on the termination of Jos. A. Bank’s recently announced agreement to acquire Eddie Bauer.
