The U.S. appears to be flushed with crude. A new forecast from the Energy Information Administration expects domestic oil output to surge to nearly 10 million barrels a day by the year 2016. That would be an historic high thanks to the sharp rise in shale oil extraction. But it`s not just oil coming out of that shale boom.
