JPMorgan Chase agreed to pay a $920 million fine and admit poor oversight that led to $6 billion in trading losses in the so-called “London Whale” fiasco. Separately, the nation’s biggest bank will also pay $389 to refund credit card customers for illegally pushing costly services on people.
