JPMorgan Agrees to Pay $410 Million Settlement

JPMorgan Chase has agreed to pay regulators $410 million to settle charges that its traders manipulated electricity markets in California and the Midwest. The bank did not admit any wrongdoing and will none of the traders involved will face sanctions or criminal charges. Kate Kelly has the story for NBR.
