Internet Sales Tax

Tax-free shopping on the Internet may soon be a thing of the past. Eamon Javers reports for NBR on a new bill in the Senate that would allow states to collect sales tax on purchases made online. Also, David Quam, the director of federal relations for the National Governor’s Association, and Steve BelBianco, the executive director for NetChoice, debate whether the Internet sale tax is a good or bad idea.
