A start-up in North Carolina is going to give all of its employees a Tesla

Employees at Practichem, a North Carolina-based start-up that makes scientific instruments, are getting a sweet perk: a Tesla Model 3, The News & Observer reports.

The company told the newspaper it will be leasing Model 3s for all its employees.

Nick DeMarco, Practichem’s founder and CEO, told the Raleigh newspaper his team “has done more with our few people … than our competitors who have been entrenched forever.”

“It doesn’t hurt to get publicity when we’re trying to hire more people,” he added.

Practichem is looking to fill 10 positions, the newspaper said in its report Thursday.

The Model 3 is slated to hit the streets next year and is expected to have a starting price of $35,000.
