Apple has reduced the price of Apple TV to $69 and said that HBO will offer an over-the-top service starting in April for $14.99 a month, announced CEO Tim Cook.
The HBO subscription will give viewers access to all of the network’s shows, past, present and future, said Richard Plepler, chairman and CEO of HBO.
The tech giant also is expected to announce pricing and availability for its Apple Watch at its press event. The company is also expected to showcase some of the top apps that will be available on the new device.
Apple may also unveil updated MacBooks, a Beats-powered streaming service, Apple Pay expansion and possibly even new Beats headphones.
