First Impressions of the ZTE ZMAX

The ZTE ZMAX phablet aims to separate itself from Apple‘s iPhone 6 Plus by featuring a bigger screen at a cheaper price.

The device, for $252, has a 5.7-inch HD display and became available in T-Mobile stores on Sept. 24. The iPhone 6 Plus with a 5.5-inch display is priced at $299.

The ZMAX’s simple design with round sides isn’t exactly unique, but it is sturdy and sleek.
