People have been buzzing about Apple‘s new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus since the tech giant unveiled them. The new phones are bigger, slimmer and have faster processors than the iPhones that came before them, but what’s in the box?
Just like previous iPhone models, the new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus come with a lightning cable, USB power adapter and Apple EarPods, which have a travel case and an embedded mic and remote, and are designed to fit nicely in a user’s ear.
The iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus also come with a plastic screen protector to avoid any unwanted scratches while in the package.
The one difference from previous models is that the box doesn’t have a picture of the iPhone screen with all the apps. Instead it just has an imprint of the iPhone on it.
The standard 16 gigabyte configuration of the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 will start at $199, while the 5.5-inch iPhone 6 Plus will start at $299. The new phones will be available in silver, gold and space gray.
Both models will go on sale Friday as Apple has announced it will be opening its retail stores at 8:00 a.m. EDT. The company and its carrier partners will also start delivering preordered iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus units as well.
