As Coke’s largest shareholder, Warren Buffett recently abstained when it came time to vote on that pricey plan, but since then, he’s come out against it. The person at the center of all of this is David Winters a long-time shareholder of both Berkshire Hathaway and Coke. Susie caught up with Winters earlier today at the sight of Berkshire Hathaway’s annual shareholder meeting.
