A Keystone Workaround?

The proposed Keystone pipeline is supposed to provide massive amounts of crude from the oil sands of Canada, all the way to the refineries along the Gulf of Mexico. But the decision on whether to build Keystone has been debated and delayed because of Washington politics. So, now, the nation’s railroad has stepped up, posing a viable alternative to the controversial pipeline.

But will it work? Jackie DeAngelis reports.
